IN-PERSON PRIVATE CLASSES
This is the perfect solution if:
You’re a beginner and you feel overwhelmed in a group class or just want to gain initial experience.
You want to work for a specific goal: balance, strength, mobility, mental focus, relaxation -you name it!
You need to adapt the practice due to an injury or health condition.
You have a tight schedule and you want to choose the day and time.
You want to speak your language -I speak Spanish, English, French and a little Swedish.

THE STUDIO
Located in Guadalmina Alta, 5 minutes walk from San Pedro de Alcantara centre.
You can park at the door.
Fully equipped with wall bars, ropes on the wall, blankets, bolsters, blocks, chairs, belts, poles and others.
Very quiet environment.

I also offer Semi-privates for up to 4 people. Price is 60€ plus 10€ extra per person.
The prices mentioned are for classes held in my studio. For Private classes at your home, the price will vary depending on the location.
